On verification: rules marked Attorney review pending come from founder research against primary sources, with formal attorney sign-off still to come before any paying pilot. Rules marked Unverified — TODO are placeholders we haven't finished — shown as-is rather than dressed up. Currently 9 rules sit at attorney-review-pending. Spot an error? Email us and we'll fix it.
