Flat monthly pricing. No per-action fees. Here's why.

Most software in this category charges you per unit, per action, or per “seat” — which means the vendor earns more precisely when your operation gets messier. We priced against that on purpose.

No setup fee. No per-action charge. Month to month — leave whenever, and we delete your data on request.

What you get

  • Every automation, every tier — maintenance, collections, owner reporting, reconciliation, renewals
  • The compliance engine: statutory caps, grace periods, and notice windows checked with citations
  • A full audit trail on every action, exportable any time
  • Direct founder access — no account executive, no support queue
  • No per-action metering inside your plan — a busy month never costs you more than a quiet one

The reasoning

Per-action pricing points the wrong way

If we charged per late fee assessed, per notice sent, per work order dispatched, then our best month would be your worst one. We'd have a quiet financial interest in your tenants paying late and your buildings breaking. Flat pricing removes that conflict entirely: we earn the same whether your month is calm or chaotic, so the only thing left to optimise for is keeping it calm.

Priced against the alternative you'd actually consider

The real comparison isn't other software — it's the part-time ops coordinator you'd hire to do this work, at $2,500–4,000 a month plus the management overhead. Regent does the same job for roughly a third, and unlike a hire, it documents every decision it makes.

A number you can plan around

No usage dashboard to police and no surprise overage at the end of a bad month — your plan is a fixed monthly figure you know before the month starts. If your portfolio grows into a different plan, that's a conversation we have with you, not a bill that quietly changes.

We'd rather earn it monthly

No annual lock-in, no implementation fee designed to make leaving expensive. You start with a free report on your own data, you see exactly what it would have done, and you stay only as long as it's worth it.

Questions people ask before signing

No. Connecting your data and getting your first report costs nothing, and the report is yours whether or not you continue.

The honest way to evaluate this is to see it run on your own numbers first.
